Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

2. Definitions
Platform: the website and mobile application belonging to Vie Life. Member: the natural/legal person who registers with the Platform. Service: the sale of products and related digital services offered through the Platform.
3. Membership
- It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that the information provided for membership is accurate, up to date and complete.
- Account security (password, etc.) belongs to the Member; the Member is responsible for transactions made through their account.
- Persons under 18 may not become members or shop without parental/guardian consent.
- The Member may permanently delete their account and data at any time using the "Delete My Account" feature within the app.
4. Use of Services
- The Platform may only be used for lawful purposes.
- The Member agrees to refrain from conduct that would disrupt the operation of the Platform, threaten its security or violate the rights of others.
- Vie Life reserves the right to change product prices, content and service scope without prior notice.
5. Product Information and Health Statement
Vie Life offers gluten-free and natural food products. Product descriptions, content and allergen information are prepared with care; however, for individual health conditions (celiac disease, gluten/food sensitivity, allergies, etc.) you are advised to check the label information and consult a health professional when necessary. Content on the Platform does not replace medical advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All brands, logos, images, text and software on the Platform belong to Vie Life or the relevant rights holders; they may not be used, copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vie Life cannot be held liable for interruptions/delays arising from force majeure and technical failures beyond its control. The service is provided "as is".
8. Protection of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed and protected as explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Statement. As a Member, you acknowledge that you have read these texts.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
Vie Life may update this Agreement. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on the Platform. For significant changes, the Member may be asked to reconfirm.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. In disputes, the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, as well as the courts and enforcement offices of [COMPETENT PROVINCE], have jurisdiction.
