At Vie Life ("Company", "we"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we collect, for what purposes, how we store it and your rights, through the vielife.com.tr website and the Vie Life mobile application ("Platform").

- Identity and Contact: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number.
- Delivery: delivery/billing address.
- Order and Transaction: order history, cart, payment method preference (card details are not stored by the Company; payment is processed through the PayTR infrastructure).
- Technical: device type, app version, push notification device ID, IP and usage logs.
- Communication Content: support requests, comments and reviews.
2. Purposes of Using Data
- To process, deliver your orders and notify you of order status,
- To create and manage your membership account,
- To provide customer support,
- To send campaign/informational notifications (push/e-mail/SMS) if you consent,
- To fulfill legal obligations and ensure Platform security.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your personal data is stored securely on vielife.com.tr servers with access controls and appropriate technical/administrative measures. Your payment card details are not held by us; payment transactions are carried out on the infrastructure of a licensed payment institution (PayTR) via a secure (SSL/TLS) connection. Data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and prescribed by law.
4. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only with service providers essential to fulfilling the order (shipping company, payment institution, notification infrastructure) and with legally authorized authorities, to the extent necessary. It is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5. Notifications (Push/E-mail/SMS)
Notification permission can be turned off at any time from your device settings and within the app. Receiving commercial electronic messages is optional and your consent can be withdrawn.

On our website, mandatory/functional cookies may be used to improve your experience and manage sessions. You can manage cookies from your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
Under the KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law), you have rights such as accessing, correcting and deleting your data, objecting to its processing and data portability.
