Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: the customer with the name, address and contact details specified during the order.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualities and sale price are stated in the order summary, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the vielife.com.tr / Vie Life application; the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts apply.
3. Product Subject to the Agreement and Payment
The type and quantity of the products, the VAT-inclusive sale price, shipping and any other costs are stated in the order summary and order confirmation. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card (PayTR secure payment), Bank Transfer/EFT or Cash on Delivery.
4. Delivery
- Products are delivered to the address notified by the BUYER via the contracted courier.
- The shipping fee and any handling/processing cost are shown in the order summary; shipping is free for orders over [AMOUNT] TL.
- The delivery time, depending on stock availability, is within the legal period (at the latest 30 days) from order confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products that are perishable or may expire, and for products whose packaging/protective elements have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene. Due to the food nature of Vie Life products, for return requests of unopened and undamaged products, [email protected] should be contacted.
6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
- Perishable food products / those that may expire,
- Products whose packaging has been opened and whose return is not suitable in terms of hygiene/health,
- Products personalized in line with the BUYER's requests.
7. General Provisions
- The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and approved the product information and price.
- In cases of force majeure, the SELLER may postpone delivery or terminate the contract; in this case, the amount collected is refunded.
- The BUYER is obliged to check the allergen/content information.
8. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force upon the BUYER's electronic confirmation of the order.
