Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, based on the legal grounds of being necessary for the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and your explicit consent (e.g. commercial electronic messages).
5. Transfer of Data
Your data may be shared, in accordance with legislation and to the extent necessary, with shipping companies, the payment institution (PayTR), the notification infrastructure (Firebase/Google) and authorized public institutions for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Data is collected electronically through the website, mobile application, call/communication channels and cookies.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the periods required by the processing purpose and prescribed by the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

You have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to request its correction/deletion, to object to processing and to request compensation for damages. You can permanently delete your account using "Delete My Account" within the app; you can send your requests to [email protected].
