Account Deletion Request — Vie Life
To delete your account and the personal data linked to it in the Vie Life (Vie Life Özel Beslenme Ürünleri Ltd. Şti.) app, you can use one of the following methods.
1. Deletion via the app
Open the Vie Life app → My Account → Delete My Account. Once you confirm your request, your account and personal data are deleted.
2. Deletion request by e-mail
From the e-mail address registered to your account, send an e-mail to [email protected] with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest.
Data deleted
Your first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery addresses, favorite products and account information are permanently deleted.
Data retained
Under the applicable tax and commercial legislation, invoice and order records may be retained for the legal retention period prescribed by the relevant legislation (for example, 10 years). At the end of this period, those records are also deleted.
