Low Protein Vegetable Soup - 20 g
Suitable for vegans and those on a gluten-free diet.
Ingredients: Corn starch, tapioca starch, dried mixed vegetables (tomato, leek, onion, capia pepper, carrot, broccoli), fiber, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, thyme, mint, salt, sweet pepper, flavoring, maltodextrin.
Preparation: Put 2 level measuring spoons of the mix (using the scoop inside the product) into a pot. Add 2.5 glasses of water (450 ml) and cook while stirring. Once it comes to a boil, continue cooking over medium heat for 10 minutes. Prepare 1 scoop of Vie Life meat substitute according to the recipe on its package. Form chickpea-sized balls and fry them in a pan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil. You may add spices if you wish (mint, chili flakes, etc.). After adding these balls to the soup, let it rest covered for 5 minutes and serve.
