Low protein, Vegan and Gluten-free

We recommend using slightly soured homemade yogurt as the starter.

During fermentation, add 2-3 drops of lemon to your starter.

1 KG OF YOGURT CAN BE MADE!

With our 40 g trial-size pack, you will get to try our product.

Ingredients: Corn starch, Potato Starch, Cellulose Fiber, Maltodextrin, Salt, Flavoring.

Preparation: Pour 1 liter (5 glasses) of low-protein milk into a pot. Add the entire sachet.

Mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Bring the milk to a boil while stirring. Once it boils, keep boiling over medium heat while stirring for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, turn off the stove and wait for it to cool to fermentation temperature.

When it reaches fermentation temperature, take 1 tablespoon of homemade yogurt, add it to the milk and stir. Cover your fermentation container and ferment for 17 hours.

At the end of 17 hours, put the yogurt in the refrigerator. Even if your yogurt is liquid at the end of fermentation, place it in the refrigerator.

Your yogurt will set after resting in the refrigerator. You can consume it once it has cooled enough (after about 12 hours).

When making ayran or cacık, you may squeeze in a little lemon if you wish.

Note: Those on a vegan diet may adjust their milk and starter use to suit their diet.
